INNOVE ÕPPIMINE ON ELUVIIS

Projekt “Õppimine on eluviis”, nr 2014-2020.1.06.18-0099, pakub oma lahenduse madalama konkurentsivõimega täiskasvanute suure osakaalu tööturul vähendamiseks ja elukestvas õppe osalejate suurendamiseks. Projekti tegevused toimuvad Harjumaal, Lääne-ja Ida-Virumaal, Tartumaal, Põlvamaal, Viljandimaal, Võrumaal ja Valgamaal ning on jaotud kaheks grupiks: koolituste läbiviimine prioriteetsete võtmepädevuste arendamiseks ja koolitajate koolitus ja arendustegevused. Projektis planeeritud tegevuste seas on nii koolitused (täiskasvanutele ja koolitajatele) kui ka teenused, mis on kavandatud potentsiaalsete projekti osalejate kaasamiseks, motiveerimiseks ja toetamiseks, projekti tulemuste levitamiseks ja jätkusuutlikkuse tagamiseks, õppiva ühiskonna arendamisesse panustamiseks.

UUS SUUND IDA-VIRUMAA TÄISKASVANUTE ÕPPES, ERASMUS+ KA1

Projekti põhieesmärgiks on täiskasvanuhariduse kvaliteedi ja tulemuste tõstmine Ida-Virumaal. Projekti käigus 18 koolitajat saavad tõsta oma kvalifikatsiooni Itaalia, Saksamaa, Islandi, Suurbritannia, Horvaatia, Tšehhi, Portugali ja Iirimaa õppeasutustes.

PEOPLE 50+ BACK TO WORK (nordpluss)

50+: back to work  on rahvusvaheline projekt täiskasvanute hariduse valdkonnas. Korraldajad on koolitusorganisatsionid Eestist, Rootsist, Soomest ja Taanist. Projekti põhiteema on täiskasvanute vanuses 50+ eelneva õppe ja kogemuse tunnustamine karjäärinõustamise kvaliteedi ja individuaalse õppetee määratlemise parandamiseks. 

Peamine tulemus on meetod (küsimustik) üldiste põhipädevuste hindamiseks ja täiskasvanute varasemate õppimise ja kogemuse tunnustamiseks.

“Step forward into growth” Nordpluss

The project aims for supporting self-directed learning in the workplace, increasing opportunities for developing transversal skills, and promoting growth mindset culture in the organisation.

Three partner institutions and professionals in the field of adult education from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania share their best practices, exchange ideas, and work out tools and a model for adult training that supports self-directed learning and resilience of adult learners in the workplace.

The main project output is an e-book comprising a collection of tools and the model of adult training that supports self-directed learning in the workplace, guidelines, and recommendations on their use in various work environments.

Erasmus+ KA1 Development of adult educator`s intercultural competence for sustainable society

The Erasmus+ KA1 project "Development of adult educator's intercultural competence for sustainable society" was initiated by the adult learning centre Vestifex with the aim to support the development of adult educators' intercultural competence and cultural sensitivity for more inclusive and sustainable society. The project lasts from August 2017 until October 2018.
Objectives of the project are:
- organize 4 learning mobilities to Germany, Poland, Italy and Great Britain with the aim to develop adult educators' intercultural competence,
- promote and encourage the development of adult educators' intercultural competence and its application in teaching,
- promote and support the cooperation network of the adult educators from Ida-Virumaa,
- make contribution to the development of more inclusive and sustainable society in Estonia.

LEARNING METHODS IN TCM AND YANGSHENG (Erasmus+)

The general purposes of this project are:

  • Identification of appropriate methodologies for the assessment of those competences in the health field, which are usually developed in informal settings (such as apprenticeship and mutual learning).

  • Identification of good practices aimed at supporting entrepreneurship’s transversal competences for non-medical health sector professionals.

  • Provide practical instruments intended to effectively enable teachers and other educators to convey transversal skills, suitable to develop European Health Literacy

ERASMUS+ KA2 PROJECT FAMILY MENTOR IN COMMUNITY

The Family Mentor project's aims - pooling partners experience and practices to develop innovative outputs for family mentors in community training, the assessment of abilities, and readiness for recognition.

The project points to promote the development, testing, and implementation of innovative practices in the field of adult education, to define a family mentor connection on the transnational level, and to develop innovative readiness steps for recognition of family mentor successes at the local, regional, and national level acquired through informal and formal learning.

ERASMUS+ KA2 PROJECT DIVINT (DIVERSITY, INTEGRATION, TRAINING) 2018 - 2020

The DIVINT (DIVersity, iNtegration, Training) project aims to empower national language teachers and trainers in order to support diversity and boost intercultural and multicultural systems in Europe through language education. The project wants to provide groups of young new arrivals (refugees, asylum seekers and migrants) access to intercultural language training in order to allow them to master simultaneously the host-countries languages and social, civic and intercultural competencies... in short, living-together & doing-together competencies.
